Not satisfied with the item? Disappointed with your order? You can return products purchased online from us within 10 days without giving any reason. You will be refunded the full amount purchased. Subject to the return conditions below

Return Procedure

Returns are possible only if you wish to claim the refund within 10 days for internet purchases / remote purchases. The return policy applies only to items purchased via https://th.revitaltrax.asia

Please note: Items that are eligible for return for Internet purchases are past due. already We will send the item back to the sender without seal

Please notify us by email. (revitaltrax@medicalpartnerinternational.com) that you intend to return your purchase. By notifying the return department, then the staff will contact to inform the return location again.

Shipping cost charged when returning the parcel. The person who returns is responsible.

We will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 10 days of receiving the returned item

• The product is still in new condition. Not yet used
• The product is in the original factory packaging that is undamaged.
• You have attached a completed return form
